Service Schedules
Schedule 1 - Monthly Service
- Perform all monthly preventive maintenance (PM) required by the manufacturer’s specifications and make detailed inspections to locate and repair any weakened parts
- Check operator logs for equipment performance, problems, etc.
- Check for and repair any leaks
- Check valves for proper operation-repair if necessary
- Check pressure across all filter and replace filters as necessary
- Check all tank level controls for proper heights and accuracy
- Check carbon filter for pH, inlet/outlet pressure, and chlorine breakthrough
- Check water softener regeneration
- Fill tanks and reservoirs
- Check pumps for proper operation
- Check DI for water resistivity, leaks, pressures, and proper functioning
- Check RO for all pressures, permeate and rejection flow rates, permeate resistivity, recovery rate, and temperature
- Check system as one complete system in addition to its various components
- Complete and subsequently mail a service maintenance data log sheet along with a letter detailing any observed variations, deviations, or problems
Emergency Services
Our service team is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to address any emergency repairs.
Standard Materials Include:
- 10 micron 20” long filter to protect the RO membranes
- 5 micron 20” long filter to protect the RO membranes
- 1 micron 20” long resin trap
- Acid-washed activated carbon filter to protect RO membranes from chlorine and organics
- Salt for the water softener brine tank
- RO membranes
- 0.2-micron hydrophobic vent filter membrane for the storage tank
- UV lamps (254 nm)
- TOC lamps (185 nm)
- 0.2 micron final filters
Warranty
All services are covered under the warrantee for 30 days after the service is performed.
We will check all of our work before we leave the site, and any problem with our workmanship will be corrected for no additional charge.

Schedule 2 - Quarterly Service
- Perform previously noted monthly preventive maintenance (PM)
- Perform quarterly maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications
- Check timing controls for accuracy
- Check and clean all resistivity and conductivity cells
- Check and clean UV assemblies
- Change mixed-bed DI canisters as necessary

Schedule 3 - Semi-annual Service
- Perform previously noted monthly preventive maintenance (PM)
- Perform previously noted quarterly maintenance
- Perform semi-annual servicing in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
- Field calibration of all measuring devices using NIST traceable devices
- Cleaning and sanitization of RO membranes and recirculation DI loop piping (Option not included in the service agreement)

- Perform previously noted quarterly maintenance for that month
- Perform previously noted semi-annual maintenance for that month
- Perform annual service in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
- Replace hydrophobic storage tank vent filter
- Replace all UV bulbs
- Replace all 0.2-micron final filters
- Cleaning and sanitization of RO membranes and recirculation loop DI piping (Option not included in the service agreement)
